We want you to love your purchase! Depending on the item(s) you’ve selected, return policies may vary. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 7 to 30 business days of receiving your order—applicable only to specific items.

Return Request & Refund Policy: You may submit a return request through your account-profile within the specified return period for each item. Some items must be returned within 7 days, while others allow returns within 30 days or more. Please follow the return instructions provided. After inspection, we will issue a return label. Some items may be eligible for free returns, while others may incur a return shipping fee.

Eligibility: In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

The following categories are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Swimwear - Certain items may fall under this policy, while others do not.

Shipping Errors or Damages: Notify us within 7 business days for assistance.

Return Process: Return items within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.

Refund: Issued after item inspection, minus return shipping costs. Certain items may qualify for free return shipping.

Non-compliance: Orders not meeting the criteria above will be declined.
