Weekends and Holidays: Processing and delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
Actual Shipping Times: Please note that actual shipping times may vary due to courier service and weather conditions.
U.S. Shipping: We currently offer shipping to all 50 states within the U.S..
International Shipping: While we don’t currently ship to countries other than the U.S., we plan to offer international shipping in the future.
Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or an undeliverable location, a refund will be issued.
P.O. Boxes: The Tania Collection does not hold responsibility for shipping and delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Courier Restrictions: Some items may not be eligible for P.O. Box delivery due to shipping courier restrictions.
Lost or Delivered Packages: We are not responsible for items lost during transit or packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. Please check your mailbox and contact your mail courier if needed.
