- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Typically, orders arrive at their destinations within 3-7 business days after being shipped.
- Weekends and Holidays: Processing and delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
- Actual Shipping Times: Please note that actual shipping times may vary due to courier service and weather conditions.
- U.S. Shipping: We currently offer shipping to all 50 states within the U.S..
- International Shipping: While we don’t currently ship to countries other than the U.S., we plan to offer international shipping in the future.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or an undeliverable location, a refund will be issued.
- P.O. Boxes: The Tania Collection does not hold responsibility for shipping and delivery to P.O. Boxes.
- Courier Restrictions: Some items may not be eligible for P.O. Box delivery due to shipping courier restrictions.
- Lost or Delivered Packages: We are not responsible for items lost during transit or packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. Please check your mailbox and contact your mail courier if needed.

- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

- Return Process: Return items within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
- Refund: Issued after item inspection, minus original and return shipping costs.
- Processing Time: Allow 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
- Refund Posting: Time may vary based on the bank.
